  Called before going there to make sure they had the product i wanted to buy..Go into buy product to be told they don;t have it..Call again after leaving the store and another person says they do have it so drive back to get it..Ok, no big deal except this is not the first time it has happened... I've called on other occasions to see if they have an itemi want to buy, told yes, get there and they don't have it...This is the 4th time now so wont be going back..It's out of my area, very hard to park and not worth the hassle and waste of petrol to save a few cents..Went to my local chemist to check prices and there was a 75 cents difference so it''s not that much cheaper...Been going to Cincottas for years', on and off but most of the time it''s a real chore getting served...What are the staff doing on a busy Thursday night stocking shelves when customers are waiting to be served?

  Great range, competitive for lowest prices, good till late opening hours. Take away 1 star for the long waits at prescription desk & inconsistency with price matches for medicines- seem to get it if u ask & fluctuates even if u do. Even though it is surely noted in your client medical file on computer

  I needed to confirm the price of a product but i have been calling the Merrylands store for the last 15 minutes selecting option 2 but no one answered, this is totally waste of my time.

  When I first started going there it was horrible. I remember once I was standing there for over 15mins before someone even acknowledged I was there. I was standing in the right spot and making eye contact with all of them. Since going there more I've noticed they make more of an effort to be more efficient. But even a nod of the head or something to say they've seen u and will be with u shortly but nothing and this happened alot. But like I've said it looks like there making more of an effort now so I give em 3 stars for improving there customer service.

  Worst pharmacy I've ever seen in my life. They missed one of the tablets that my specialist doctor prescribed for me. They gave me a wrong dosage. This is just disappointing! These people playing with the patients life. please please please .. Don't!!
