    Management at previous Holroyd Council was much better.

    Approval is never progressing with this council. The customer service is not nice and not knowledgeable. Best to have no council at all or put back with split councils like before (Holroyd/Auburn).

    Bunch of ass***** they towed my car before the ,14 days were up. Gave it to pick and Payless!!!!!! Now won't release my car. Absolutely shocking performance

    No Customer Service at all. Sent many emails to council for reporting issue but no response.

    Worst customer service had with this Cumberland council. They were much better when it was Holroyd, at least staff were aware where to divert the inquiry. I called today and they put me through three different people with no one had an answer. At last lady over the phone said I can't hear you and docked me.
