    Very expensive and poor quality furniture shop. I suggest Stay away.

    Bought a dinning table from Merrylands JCF, during assembly i have accidentally broke 4 chair legs. I was advised to take the broken pieces to John Cootes warehouse. So i did, and i got there at 5:30 pm. The manager, warehouse staff and customer service team were very helpful and understanding. They managed to find a brand new box that contains new chairs (during a warehouse relocation), broke into the brand new box just to replace my broken chair legs. The warehouse suppose to close at 5:30 pm, but they had to stay behind because of me and yet they were very happy to assist me past the normal operating hours. I haven't seen such great customer service for a while.
